1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on 299t, depositing funds, placing bets, or accessing any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms take effect from the moment you first access the 299t platform and remain in force for the entire duration of your relationship with 299t.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and 299t. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

2. Eligibility

To use the 299t platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

299t reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. If you are found to be ineligible, your account will be suspended and any funds that cannot be attributed to legitimate activity may be withheld pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active account on 299t. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number that you own and actively use in Bangladesh.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify 299t support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You must not share your account with or allow access to any third party under any circumstances.
• Account information must be kept up to date. Failure to maintain accurate details may delay withdrawal processing.

299t reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be in breach of these registration requirements, with or without prior notice.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 299t are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. 299t does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used to deposit must belong to and be registered in the name of the account holder. Any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder's own payment method may be reversed.

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. A minimum withdrawal threshold applies and is displayed within your account dashboard. 299t targets prompt processing of withdrawal requests; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and KYC verification status of the account.

• Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and displayed at the point of transaction.

• Chargebacks or disputes initiated through a payment provider without first contacting 299t support will be treated as a breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

299t may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's individual terms at the time of the offer.

299t reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly unless the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied. In no event shall 299t's total cumulative liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

299t reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 299t will endeavour to notify registered players by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the registered mobile number or email address on file.
